visiting my old teacher

today i visited my abacus teacher, li lao shi..
she taught me abacus in primary school, from pri 3 onwards.. then she told me to focus more on my chinese..
Also ying chern, the girl who also learn abacus from my teacher was there.. i actually went down 2 weeks before to get my teacher's no. and call her and ying chern to make arrangement to meet today..
went down around 12pm to meet my council friends to collect back my movie disc. then ying chern called at 12.35 saying that i'm late while i was waiting at the coffeeshop..
we went in, only for to find huang lao shi tell us li lao shi was not there. We panicked, only for huang lao shi (who call li lao shi up) to tell us she would be late.
Li lao shi then arrived about 2 minute later, saying how big we have grown..
She then treated both of us to lunch at that coffeeshop.. while eating, she asked us bout our futures and how we have been.. ying chern keep trying to show her chinese is superior to mine but i pointed out my drink to her (whatever).
Went back to the abacus tuition centre.. played my psp while waiting..
one parent there super strict with the kid.. scary how much pressure on the kids this days..
managed to get a photo of me, li liao shi and ying chern(she still have a jc girl look though she completed jc liao).. haha
